Price Match

We are dedicated to providing the most competitive sauna prices online. To achieve this, we collaborate closely with our suppliers to adhere to Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) guidelines, ensuring that our competitors maintain a consistent pricing floor for all products. This policy is designed to keep the market fair and prevent price undercutting.

Should you discover a lower price for the same product on another online store, we encourage you to contact us. We will verify that the lower price does not violate the MAP policy. If it doesn't, we are more than willing to match that price for you. We can offer you a custom discount or, if you've already made your purchase, refund you the difference.

However, our Price Match Guarantee does come with a few restrictions:

Offers involving rebates, coupons, and "buy one, get one free" are not eligible.
The product must be available in stock on the competitor’s website.
The competitor must operate exclusively online, without any physical retail locations.
Discount or auction websites are excluded.
The competitor must be an authorized retailer of the product.
